Battle lines drawn in Burnham-On-Sea elections

Eleven candidates will be contesting four County Council seats in the Burnham-On-Sea area in the elections.

All the local County Council seats are up for grabs.

Both Burnham North and Huntspill have just two candidates vying for the votes, while Brent has three candidates and Highbridge has four.

Polling will take place between 7am and 10 pm on Thursday 4th June - the same day as the European Parliament elections.

The final candidates in the Burnham area are as follows:

Burnham-On-Sea North

Peter Burridge-Clayton (Conservatives)
Mike Mansfield (Liberal Democrats)

Highbridge and Burnham South

Jo Burridge-Clayton (Labour)
Mick Lucas (UKIP)
Rosemarie Parsons (Liberal Democrats)
John Woodman (Conservatives)

Huntspill

Mark Healey (Conservatives)
Joe Leach (Liberal Democrats)

Brent

Shella Rachel Forrester (Labour)
Tony Gore (Liberal Democrats)
Alan Ham (Conservatives)
