Fireworks display set to wow the crowds at Brean Leisure Park

A sparkling fireworks display will take place above Brean this evening (Saturday, May 30th) when the resort's Leisure Park holds the second of four free events.

The display will get started at 9.30pm, giving visitors an opportunity to enjoy the fun park rides before the display begins. Half price wristbands will be available from 5pm-10pm.

There will be no admittance charge, but there will be collections on the night for local charities. The event is expected to raise hundreds of pounds for local good causes, including Burnham-On-Sea Sea Cadets and BARB.

"Donations made on the evenings are contributed to local charities as part of Brean Leisure Park's ongoing commitment to give something back to the local community," said the park's spokeswoman, Helen Quartley.
