Landlords and police work to halt Highbridge anti-social behaviour

-

Anti-social behaviour in Highbridge has been ‘drastically reduced’ following the launch of a new landlords group.

HALT, the Highbridge Landlords Together group, has been formed in recent months to stamp out petty crime and anti-social behaviour, particularly in the Highbridge Quay area.

Sgt Ian Kennett said on Monday (September 7th): “The group has been formed with landlords and members of the Highbridge Quay management committee. We have held many meetings in recent months and have seen some positive results.”

He added: “There has been a great decrease in anti-social behaviour and we have recently had positive feedback from businesses in the town.”
