Burnham-On-Sea visitors will soon be able to sip their cappucinos while surfing the Web when a new Internet cafe opens in the town centre.

Final preparations are underway for the opening of The Link at 10 Cross Street, pictured, which is scheduled to launch during the final week of February.

Owner Barbara Hart told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We’ve recently moved into Burnham, having visited the town as holidaymakers for over 20 years.”

“My son, Martin, will be running the cafe. He noticed that there were no facilities like it in the town centre last summer and it was his idea to open the new business.”

“The cafe will also offer printing, faxing and copying services – and we hope it will become popular with residents, holidaymakers and youngsters after school.”

Burnham-On-Sea.com is supporting the new venture and our home page will be displayed as the start-up screen on the cafe’s computers.
