Motorcyclist
injured in road accident outside Highbridge
 A
motoryclist was rushed to hospital on Friday morning (April 17th)
after a road accident outside Highbridge.
Police
and paramedics from Burnham-On-Sea were called to the B3139 Mark
Road following the accident.
The
road was closed both ways and there was slow traffic in the area
due to the incident between Mark Road and Isleport Road.
Police
spokesman Steve Game told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "A motorcyclist
has been taken to Weston General with collarbone and shoulder
injuries."
The
road was closed throughout Friday morning, as pictured here, while
the police's investigation into the accident was carried out.
