As first reported by Burnham-On-Sea.com, the 28-year-old man was attacked last Monday night (October 19th) as he walked along Berrow Road near the junction to Stoddens Road, pictured here.

He was stopped by three men and threatened with a baseball bat before being forced to hand over his mobile phone and an iPod and was then ordered to walk back the way he’d come.

Rachel Pople, the officer in charge of the case, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “One of the robbers is described as white, six feet tall, of slim build and aged between 18 and his early 20s. He was wearing black jeans, a black top with the hood up and possibly a dark beanie-style hat.”

“The man carrying the baseball bat is also white, aged between 18 and early 20s, of slim build and about 5ft 10ins tall. He was wearing a white zip-fronted top with the hood up and dark trousers.”
