Vintage
vehicles go on show at garden centre near Burnham-On-Sea

Vintage
and classic vehicle owners displayed their motors at a special
two-day event at a garden centre near Burnham-On-Sea at the weekend
(June 20th and 21st).
Buses,
motorbikes, vans and cars of all makes and models were on show
at the Vintage and Classic Vehicle Weekend at Sanders Garden World,
as pictured here.
Allan
Roberts from Freewheelers Emergency Voluntary Service (Freewheelers
EVS), which is an organisation that transports medical supplies
to hospitals in Somerset, helped to organise the event to help
raise money for the charity.
Allan
and some of the volunteers from the charity were at the garden
centre during the weekend displaying some of their motorbikes,
which are used to transport items such as blood, X-Rays, vital
instruments and drugs.
Allan
told Burnham-On-Sea.com on Sunday that the weekend had been a
"great success" and had earned seeral hundred pounds
for the charity.
