Man arrested by Burnham police after incident at seafront bar

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward following an incident at a bar in Burnham-On-Sea earlier this week in which one man was arrested.

At around 2.25am on Sunday (March 14th) an altercation occurred between a member of door staff and a member of the public at Michael's fun pub on the town's seafront.

"Police are now keen to speak to anyone who may have been in the public house at the time and may have witnessed this incident. Officers would also like to speak to anyone who may have further information," a spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
