Dozens of music fans flocked to Brent Knoll on Saturday (March 6th) for a night of live music and an auction of rock and roll memorabilia in aid of a good cause.

Music from Gary French, The Ben Pang Experience, Squirrelcatapult, The Cherry Pickers and Burnham’s only Wrinkly Rappers was performed in front of a capacity crowd.

Local county councillor John Woodman presided over the auction, while Lib Dem parliamentary candidate Tessa Munt was also among the spectators supporting the event, which was raising money for Cancer Research.

Co-organiser of the event, Jack Ward told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “It was great to have good local support for the event, which was a great success. Thanks go to everyone who helped and came along on Saturday night.”
