Burnham-On-Sea Carnival 2010: Excitement builds for big day
is building ahead of Monday's 63rd annual Burnham-On-Sea Carnival,
which will feature more than 90 colourful entries.
carnival carts started arriving in Burnham-On-Sea late on Saturday
after completing the North Petherton Carnival.
A long line of vehicles is now in place along the B3140, between
Edithmead and Love Lane, and will be on show to the public throughout
Sunday and Monday.
carnival procession will then begin at 7.30pm on Monday evening
near the town's Tesco supermarket and then wend its way along
Love Lane, onto Manor Road, and then along the High Street before
finishing in Marine Drive.

Borland, President of the Carnival Association told Burnham-On-Sea.com:
"Everything is going to plan and we're delighted that there's
a good long list of entries again this year. Everyone's
looking forward to the event - it promises to be another superb
