Acoustic
music duo set to perform at Burnham-On-Sea's Ritz Club
One
of the UK's leading acts on the acoustic music scene will be playing
at Burnham-On-Sea's Ritz Acoustic Club later this month.
Ember
will be performing from 8pm on Thursday February 18th with tickets
priced at £5 each.
Ember
comprises of Welsh violinist Emily Williams and Utah-born steel
string player Rebecca Sullivan, pictured right.
Ritz
Acoustic Club's Dom Wills told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "They
are a humorous, engaging and harmonic duo who play a mixture of
British and American roots music that's seen them compared to
Indigo Girls and The Waifs. They are not to be missed."
Based
in Wales, Ember have performed at Glastonbury, the Big Green Gathering
and the Fishguard Folk Festival amongst many other festivals and
clubs across the UK. The duo are currently on their 10th anniversary
tour and copies of their new album will be available on the night.
