Fundraisers
in Burnham-On-Sea collect hundreds for Haiti appeal
 Fundraisers
across the Burnham-On-Sea area raised hundreds of pounds towards
the Haiti Earthquake Appeal over the weekend.
Burnham
Lions Club collected in the foyer of the town's Tesco store, raising
£376.
Organised
by Lions member Greg Kelloway, our photo shows collectors Keith
Conway and Roger Tolley with their buckets.
A
special Haiti Coffee Morning was also held on Saturday (January
30th) in Brent Knoll Methodist Church by the friends of Brent
Knoll Churches Toddler Group. The organisers were delighted to
collect a total of £495 for the Haiti appeal.
