In Photos: Big crowds flock to Burnham-On-Sea's Jazz In The Park

Over 600 music lovers filled Burnham-On-Sea's Manor Gardens on Sunday (June 13th) for the town's annual Jazz In The Park concert.

The free entertainment included music from acclaimed duo The Bennett Brothers, plus Fantabulous and the Sheepwash Playboys.

Organising group CADS, the Burnham and Highbridge Cultural Arts and Development Society, holds several free events a year for the benefit of people in both towns.

Chairman Mike Murphy told "This event - our 14th - was hugely successful, with over 600 people enjoying a great line-up of jazz for free. These outdoor concerts are a perfect antidote to the gloom of the recession!"

Big crowds turned out for the sun-soaked event in the Manor Gardens

A wide range of jazz was played over the course of the four-hour concert
