Free laptops help sixth form students at Highbridge school

Sixth form pupils at Highbridge’s King Alfred School have been given free laptop computers to help them with their studies.

The sixth formers have been glued to their netbooks this term after received them as a gift from the school.

“The netbooks help and encourage independent learning and they make studying much easier in our mobile world,” explained the school’s Simon Aylward to Burnham-On-Sea.com.

“With exams fast approaching, the latest IT is equipping our students with the right technology to gain that extra edge.”
