Tiny trains attract big crowds at Burnham Model Railway Club show

Model railway layouts of all shapes and sizes were on show at an exhibition in Burnham-On-Sea on Saturday (May 29th).

Burnham and District Model Railway Club held its annual summer open day at the town's Community Centre in Berrow Road, where its members displayed over a dozen layouts.

"We had a wide range of layouts in various gauges and supporting displays and demonstrations on show, which attracted a steady flow of visitors throughout the day," the club's Exhibition Manager, John Langley, told

The club's next event, called Sedgemoor Rail 2010, will be held on August 28th and 29th at King Alfred School in Highbridge.
