Lifeboat station receives donation of first aid equipment

Burnham-On-Sea Rotary Club has donated a resuscitation dummy to the town's lifeboat crew to help them hone their first aid skills.

In a short ceremony held earlier this week, former Rotary Chairman Jim Tancock officially handed over the first aid resource to station volunteers.

Senior Helm Nick Edrich told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "We've wanted one of these for a couple of years now and will find it very useful to enable volunteers to practice their resuscitation techniques."
