Burnham-On-Sea youth cafe receives £250 funding boost

A local County Councillor has presented a proportion of his community fund to Burnham-On-Sea's Youth Cafe this week.

The Shed at Burnham Area Youth Centre in Cassis Close has been given £250 by Cllr John Woodman.

The Shed's Chairman, Keith Beckinsale, who was on hand to receive the cheque, thanked John for the funding.

John told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "The Shed is a club worthy of support, both with money and volunteers."

The successful youth cafe is now in its second year and prospective volunteers or benefactors can contact Keith on 01278 780037.
