St John Badgers
celebrate success at annual awards night
Members of Highbridge's St John Ambulance Badgers have been celebrating
success after receiving awards during the group's annual presentation
'Superbadger' Awards were handed to Katie Watts, Paige Heyward
and Jaymie Whitehouse, as pictured on the right, to mark their
long service with the group.
award is the highest award a Badger can achieve. They have to
study 12 different subjects over a period of four years,"
Julia Gibson, Badger Leader, told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
Juliette Bissell and Tamzin Coggins were promoted to be 'follow
me badgers' and will now be able to assist their leaders in various
tasks, including organising weekly games and taking the register.
other Badgers were also presented with various certificates to
congratulate them on passing their subjects, which ranged from
'communicate' to 'hungry'.
