Burnham-On-Sea school pupils get end-of-term beach treat!

-

Over 300 pupils from a Burnham-On-Sea school were treated to a morning on the town’s beach to mark the end of the summer term on Monday (July 19th).

The youngsters, aged between 3-11, from St Joseph’s enjoyed a fun-filled morning on the sands in brilliant sunshine, as pictured here.

Headteacher Simon Kingwell told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “As part of an end-of-term treat all 300 pupils took part in a sandcastle competition and a morning of activities on the beach. It was a good reward for all their hard work.”

He also thanked Burnham’s Morrisons supermarket, which generously gave ice creams to all the pupils.
