Royal named pub celebrates wedding with three-day beer festival

-

Visitors to a Royal-named pub in West Huntspill raised a glass to celebrate the wedding of Kate Middleton and Prince William during a three day beer festival in the village.

Over 20 real ales were on offer during the special event at the Royal Artillery Arms, held between Friday and Monday.

Landlady Julie Cusack, pictured second from left, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “A total of 24 real ales were served during the weekend, including several suitably-named ales such as Kate Loves Willy from Skinners Brewery and Anarchy In the West Country from RCH Brewery.”

“There was plenty of interest and we intend to make it an annual festival at this time of year.”
