Pentathlon Carnival Club's stunning tableaux cart, called Overthrow Of The Tsar, scooped the top award for the best entry in the entire procession by impressing the judges at the 2011 Highbridge and Burnham Carnival, held on Monday November 7th. The full results are as follows...
