Police appeal after £1,000 of cosmetics stolen from Burnham chemist

Burnham-On-Sea police have this week appealed for help in identifying this woman who they think may be connected to the theft of £1,000 of cosmetics from a town centre shop.

Police have issued these CCTV images in a bid to trace the woman, who they think was in the High Street chemists shop at the time of the incident.

A police spokesman said: "The woman is described as white, 30 years, of slim build, with light brown straight hair swept back in a pony tail. She also had large, yellow metal-hooped earrings, a white T shirt and a black hooded waist length jacket with grey lining in the hood, plus light stone washed tight blue jeans and black boots."

Police say the theft occurred between 2.30pm and 3.10pm on 30th March. Anyone with any information regarding this case should contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 quoting reference EM110_11.
