Fire was the theme for a special wedding in Burnham-On-Sea on Saturday afternoon (May 28th).
Burnham fireman Darren Robinson tied the knot with Natasha Wynn, the daughter of fireman Mike Wynn, at the town’s St Andrew’s Church.
The bride and father arrived at the church on a classic Somerset fire engine, pictured right.
And the groom’s colleagues from Burnham Fire Station posed for photographs alongside one of the town’s current fire engines.
Following the service, which was overseen by St Andrew’s Rev Graham Witts, the firefighters formed a guard of honour as the happy couple left the church.
Burnham Fire Officer Ian Hazleton told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “The couple have many links with Burnham fire station – we were delighted to be invited to get involved in their special day.”
The service was attended by dozens of family and friends and was followed by a reception in Nether Stowey.
