Over £700 raised for hospice at Burnham-On-Sea autumn fair

Over £700 was raised for St Margaret's Hospice during the group's annual autumn fair in Burnham-On-Sea on Saturday (October 8th).

Crowds of supporters flocked to St Andrew's Church Hall to support the event, which featured stalls selling Christmas cards, bric a brac, cakes and books plus a tombola and games.

"The event raised £700.34 which is fantastic. A big thank you goes to everyone who supported us and to all the wonderful volunteers who helped us, without whom the event wouldn't happen," organiser Julie Draper told

St Margaret's Hospice is provides specialist palliative care, advice, support and respite to patients and their families living in Somerset and parts of neighbouring counties.
