Vandal fined after attack on Burnham-On-Sea charity shop

A man has been issued with a fine following a 'senseless' attack on a charity shop in Burnham town centre last week. first reported last week that a large window at Weston Hospicecare's shop in College Street had been smashed.

Police officers who have been investigating the incident have caught the offender and issued him with a penalty notice for causing criminal damage.

PC Tracey Stiles told "With information provided from the community we have managed to gain the offender's details and have dealt with him positively. He has received a fine of £80 for his reckless actions."
