Veteran TV and radio comedian Jimmy Cricket to perform in Brean

-

Veteran TV and radio comedian Jimmy Cricket will be performing in Brean next month.

The popular Irish comedian, who has starred in several TV and radio series, will appear at Brean Leisure Park on Saturday October 8th.

Jimmy was given his own TV series on a show called “And There’s More,” named after his catchphrase.

He also had his own radio series on BBC Radio 2. More recently, Jimmy was one of a number of veteran performers to appear in the video for a Comic Relief single with Peter Kaye.

“Jimmy Cricket will be appearing at Brean Leisure Park for the exclusive ticket-only event for which we can expect him to appear in his trademark outfit of cut-off evening trousers, dinner jacket, hat and wellies marked ‘L’ and ‘R’ for left and right. A full night of quality entertainment which is sure to be a sell-out,” said a spokesman.

Tickets cost £8 each and include a basket meal. To book, call 01278 751595.
