Burnham health food shop owners sell up and retire overseas

-

The owners of a long-running health food shop in Burnham-On-Sea are set to retire this week and begin a new life overseas.

Tom Kyffin, 80, and his wife Sue, 60, have run Kyffins Health Food Shop in Victoria Street, Burnham for the past six and a half years.

The couple have sold the shop and their final day of business will be this Wednesday (November 30th).

Tom told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We have greatly enjoyed our time in Burnham and thank our many loyal customers for their support over the years.”

“We will miss them and the town a great deal, but have decided that now is the right time for us to retire to Turkey, where my family are based.”

He said the shop is having a sale of various items of its stock, including kitchen appliances and beer-making kits.
