Police appeal for witnesses after crash in Burnham-On-Sea

Police have appealed for witnesses following an accident in Marine Drive early on Wednesday (July 20th).

Two cars were involved in the collision, which saw one car demolishing a roadside sign, as pictured.

Police spokeswoman Cath Foster told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “A Mercedes and a Fiesta were involved in a collision at around 2am today.”

“Police have launched an investigation to establish what happened. There have been no arrests so far.”

She asked anyone with information to contact Burnham Police on 0845 456 7000 or via Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
