Burnham-On-Sea police investigate naked street walker sightings

Police are investigating multiple reports that a naked man has been seen wandering the streets of Burnham-On-Sea and Highbridge wearing only a bobble hat.

Burnham Police this week said they have been called out several times over the past few months to reports of a tall, slim man walking the streets without clothing.

The latest sighting was at 6.45am in Huntspill Road, Highbridge last Wednesday and there was also another occurrence in Burnham's Frank Foley Way at 9pm last Monday.

Inspector Roger Tolley said there have also been two other similar occurences in December during the wintry weather. "Should anybody see such antics, then please phone us immediately because clearly this is the sort of thing that would be upsetting and concerning to people," he said.
