couple will receive gift and telegram from Burnham-On-Sea
Town Council is to send a telegram and a small gift to Prince
William and Kate Middleton on
behalf of Burnham
and Highbridge when the couple
tie the knot this Spring.
Town councillors agreed on Monday evening (January 17th) that
they will be sending a small present, likely to be a painting
of a local landmark, to the Royal pair.
Neville Jones said: "It's right that the council sends a
congratulatory telegram to the couple, along with a small gift,
in order to assure them of all our good wishes."
