TV duo’s visit to Secret World to air on CBBC this month

-

Popular childrens TV presenters Dick and Dom visited East Huntspill’s Secret World Wildlife Rescue Centre last year to film their new series ‘Dick And Dom Go Wild’, which being broadcast during February.

The series, on kids channel CBBC, featured rescue centres across the UK and included scenes of Secret World getting to grips with flying bats, fawn feeding, otter rescues and other wildlife work.

Secret World charity founder Pauline Kidner told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Dick and Dom were welcomed by staff and volunteers and seemed quite at home when helping with the animals and even some of the volunteers’ children got to meet the celebrities.”

“I think Dick and Dom enjoyed the experience just as much as the children involved.”

The programmes will be shown at 8am on February 9th, 16th, 18th, 22nd and 23rd on CBBC.
