Wildlife goes on show this Easter weekend at Secret World

-

The event provides visitors with a chance to see the young creatures up close and also watch them being bottle fed.

The centre in East Huntspill is the largest badger cub rearing unit in the country.

A spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “The weekend provides a fantastic visitor experience by allowing the general public to see some of the round-the-clock work that goes on at our centre.”

“It’s an opportunity to get up close to British wildlife that you have never had the chance to see before.”

Ferret racing, a play area, beehive observation display, wildlife education tent and animal talks are also available.

There is no admission charge, but visitors are encouraged to make donations towards the charity’s work.

The event runs from April 22nd-25th at Secret World in New Road, East Huntspill (TA9 3PZ) with opening times of 10am-4pm.
