£70,000 of improvements are set to be made to Burnham-On-Sea
town centre as part of a mini regeneration project, it has been
confirmed this week.

work is being funded as part of Burnham's Civic Pride regeneration
project and includes installing new street lighting suitable for
hanging baskets, refurbishing existing seats, planting trees and
shrubs in planters and replacing existing rubbish bins. A review
of signage in the town centre is also underway.

is going ahead. It should gift the town centre a real lift and
is sure to be welcomed by residents and visitors alike."
