Burnham’s Trinity Close appears on national TV show Daybreak

-

Burnham-On-Sea was in the national spotlight this morning (Monday, December 12th) when breakfast TV programme Daybreak broadcast live from the town.

Millions of viewers watched reporter Nick Dixon interview Trinity Close residents about their impressive Christmas lights display while Burnham’s Curtain Call School Of Performing Arts sang Christmas songs.

Trinity Close has been transformed from a quiet cul-de-sac into a spectacular winter wonderland with more than 100,000 fairy lights for a 15th year to raise money for two local charities, as we recently reported here.

Resident Nick Gardner told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “It’s been great for putting Burnham on the map and for helping our charities.”

Curtain Call’s Pat Ham added: “The children have had a very exciting morning after performing live in front of their biggest audience ever! I am sure this morning will remembered for a long time to come.”
