A38 roundabout near Burnham-On-Sea sealed off after lorry leakage

Police and fire crews sealed off a busy roundabout on the A38 near Burnham-On-Sea on Monday night (September 10th) after a leakage from a lorry.

Two fire appliances from Burnham were sent to the A38 Brent Knoll roundabout after reports of a vehicle leaking hydraulic fluid.

"Crews found the vehicle had leaked approximately 15 litres of hydraulic fluid on the highway," a spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.

"Crews set to work using environmental packs and also requested the attendance of highways to clear the fluid from the road."
