Animal photographer to give talk in Burnham-On-Sea today

A newspaper photographer will be giving a talk in Burnham-On-Sea today (Saturday) about his work in capturing images of animals.

Richard Austin, a senior photographer for the Western Morning News, will give the talk at 2pm in Burnham's Princess Theatre.

The talk will be held to raise money for East Huntspill's Secret World Wildlife Rescue Centre.

"This is a unique opportunity to meet Richard and find out just how long it takes to get that special picture, the joys and sorrows of being a news related photographer and why this year Secret World have launched their Call Of The Wild Appeal," a spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com. Tickets, priced £5 each, should be pre-booked in advance here.
