which police have described as 'thoughtless'.

Ian Kennett told Burnham-On-Sea.com on Tuesday (April 3rd): "A
number of offenders have been identified and six persons have
been arrested and are now on police bail."

and many of these affected are elderly."
added: "As a community it is our duty to protect our more
vulnerable members and anyone who witnesses this sort of behaviour
should immediately report this to the police."
Police have urged residents who see anyone acting suspiciously
to contact them via their non-emergency line of 101.
