Police in CCTV appeal after high-value theft at Highbridge’s Asda store

Burnham-On-Sea police have this week appealed for the public’s help in identifying these two men as part of their investigation into a high-value theft from a Highbridge supermarket.

The incident occurred at the town’s Asda supermarket on 25th March where a large amount of alcohol was stolen.

Police have issued these CCTV pictures of two people who they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

A police spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We would like to trace these two men in relation to a high value theft of alcohol. The first man is described as white, in his early 40s, of medium build and 5ft 8in tall. He has short brown hair and was wearing a dark jacket and jeans.”

“The second man is white, late 20s, 6ft tall and of slim build, and was wearing a blue ‘puffa’ bodywarmer-style sleeveless jacket.”

“It is believed a third man was also involved but was not caught on CCTV. He is described as being white, in his late 30s, 6ft tall and of slim build. He was wearing a jacket, blue jeans and brown boots.”
