Youngsters at Berrow Primary School have been presented with their own copies of the Bible during an annual tradition.

Each year, the school’s new reception class receive a Bible during a special assembly led by Reverend Sally Lacey, vicar of Berrow’s St Mary’s Church.

“The children will cherish these books during their school life here in Berrow and will take them with them when they leave at the end of their primary schooling,” said Heather Hector, head teacher at the school.
