Knoll

More
than 170 classic cars took part in a fundraising vintage vehicle
run through the Burnham-On-Sea area on Sunday (April 22nd).
The
Brimar Vintage and Classic Car Run was held in aid of Children's
Hospice South West (CHSW) and started at Sanders Garden World
in Brent Knoll.
The
vehicles went on show in the car park, as pictured here, before
they set off for Weston after being waved off by Michelle Michael,
co-owner of Weston Pier.
The
vehicles travelled to Weston, where they were displayed on the
seafront lawns.
Organisers
Mary Curtis and her husband Brian, from Street, said this year's
event was the bigger than ever.
Mary
told Burnham-On-sea.com: "We had more than 170 classic and
vintage cars taking part and were delighted with the support of
the drivers and onlookers."
"Last
year, the display raised £4,442.36 for CHSW and we hope
to have raised a similar amount again."
