Burnham-On-Sea police arrest man after seizing 30 cannabis plants

A man has been arrested by Burnham-On-Sea police after dozens of cannabis plants were seized at a property.

A 21 year-old man was held and later arrested on bail after the raid on a property near Lympsham.

"More than 30 fully grown cannabis plants were seized and our investigations are ongoing," Sgt Ian Kennett told Burnham-On-Sea.com.

Meanwhile, police are seeking the public's help in finding out how a cannabis plant became to be dumped next to Pople's Bow in Highbridge at the weekend. It was found on Sunday afternoon.
