Carnival collection nets £9,400 - a fall of almost £2k

night's Burnham-On-Sea Carnival - down almost £2,000 on

Burnham Rotary Club has also thanked all those who gave to the
Burnham fireworks collection on Sunday evening. Rotary Club organiser,
Jane Gibbs, said: "The grand sum of £2,680 was collected.
This will be shared as usual on a 60/40 basis between the Rotary
Club charities and Burnham on Sea and Highbridge Town Council,
which they use to support their local charities."
