Speech and Drama will also take centre stage with poetry, prose, choral and speech being performed on stage before singing and instrumental music take over for the final part of the festival.

Maureen Phillips, the festival's General Secretary told "It promises to be another superb festival. This year is very special because it will be our big 65th anniversary year."
