Long-service medals presented to Burnham-On-Sea firemen

Two firemen in Burnham-On-Sea have this week received long service medals.

Firefighter Stephen Hand and Crew Manager Keith Hellier, pictured, were presented with medals to mark their service of more than 20 years.

The awards were handed over at Devon and Somerset Fire Service’s annual long service and good conduct medals presentation ceremony in Exeter on Monday (30th April).

The Lord Lieutenant for Devon, Eric Dancer CBE JP, made the presentations, along with Chief Fire Officer Lee Howell and Authority Chairman Cllr Mark Healey.
