Road
re-opens in Burnham-On-Sea after two-vehicle accident

A
car slammed into a wall in the centre of Burnham-On-Sea on Bank
Holiday Monday following a two-vehicle accident in the town.
Two
cars collided at the junction of Oxford Street and Adam Street
at 8.50am, leaving the route temporarily closed by police.
A Volkswagen Passat suffered front-end damage after hitting the
garden wall of a home in Oxford Street, as pictured.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were sent to the scene but fortunately
no-one was injured. "Fire crews made both vehicles safe and
left the incident in the hands of the police," a spokesman
told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
