Voting
cards to be delivered in Burnham area ahead of police elections
Residents
in the Burnham-On-Sea area will receive their poll cards shortly
in preparation for the Police and Crime Commissioner Elections
being held on 15th November.
The poll cards give details of polling stations in the Burnham
area plus the deadlines for applying for postal votes and proxy
votes.
Residents
who already vote by post will receive a postal voters poll
card which confirms that they are listed to vote by post and indicates
when the postal vote will be sent out.
The deadline to register to vote is Wednesday 31st October and
the deadline to apply to vote by post is 5pm on Wednesday 31st
October. Those residents who wish to vote by proxy must apply
by 5pm on Wednesday 7th November.

eligible to vote has a chance to have their say at the Police
& Crime Commissioner Election. Watch out for your poll cards
which give details of polling stations and other vital information
about how to vote."
