The poll cards give details of polling stations in the Burnham area plus the deadlines for applying for postal votes and proxy votes.

Residents who already vote by post will receive a postal voter’s poll card which confirms that they are listed to vote by post and indicates when the postal vote will be sent out.

The deadline to register to vote is Wednesday 31st October and the deadline to apply to vote by post is 5pm on Wednesday 31st October. Those residents who wish to vote by proxy must apply by 5pm on Wednesday 7th November.

Chris Facey, Electoral Services Manager said: “Everyone who is eligible to vote has a chance to have their say at the Police & Crime Commissioner Election. Watch out for your poll cards which give details of polling stations and other vital information about how to vote.”

Information on the Police & Crime Commissioner candidates will be found here from 26th October.
