Burnham-On-Sea Rotary Club’s fundraising book shop has re-opened in the town centre.

Members of the club are running the shop at the former Thresher’s Wine Shop in College Street.

The club’s spokesman, George Moon, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “The opportunity to run our shop here has enabled us to raise thousands of pounds, which will be made available in due course to help local charities and good causes.”

“Thanks are extended to both the owners and the agents Abbott & Frost, who have supported us.”

The Rotary Club is still welcoming donations of good, clean books at the shop from Monday to Saturday between 10am-4pm.
