to be won in Burnham-On-Sea's annual shop window competition
Burnham-On-Sea's
annual shop window competition is underway, with shoppers being
challenged to find 'odd items' hidden in displays.
The
annual 'Spot the Odd Item in the Shop Window Competition', run
by Burnham's Chamber of Trade, runs until Sunday April 15th.
26
shops and businesses are taking part this year, with shoppers
who find all the items being in with a chance of winning the £100
top prize or one of several runners-up prizes.
Burnham
Chamber of Trade Chairman Rhonda Mills told Burnham-On-Sea.com:
"The competition aims to raise awareness of the wide range
of shops we have on offer in Burnham Town Centre, as well as giving
families and shoppers some free entertainment over the holiday
period."
The
'odd items' are items that are not normally be sold or displayed
by the shop.
One
of the 26 items will also be hidden somewhere on the front page
of Burnham-On-Sea.com!
Free
entry forms are available from Burnham's seafront Information
Centre and can be handed in at the same location, or GW Hurley
Toy Store, Home Hardware or Sea Breeze by close of business on
Sunday April 15th. The names of the winners will be announced
on Burnham-On-Sea.com on April 18th.
