Burnham-On-Sea U3A will celebrate its 20th anniversary this Saturday (April 14th) by holding an open day in the town’s Community Centre.
The event in Berrow Road will be open to the public from 10am until 2.30pm when an exhibition of the group’s activities will be held as part of the celebrations.
Burnham U3A President Ken Hindle told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Members of the U3A will be on hand to welcome visitors and discuss the history of the group, the activities and events it offers, and the benefits of joining.”
The open day will include the unveiling of a new patchwork wall hanging in the centre.
