Watchfield
home decorated with thousands of Xmas lights for charity

A
family in Watchfield, near Highbridge, hopes to raise hundreds
of pounds for a local charity with their glittering display of
Christmas lights.
Matt
Watts and his father Kevin have decorated the family's house and
garden at Blakeney in Southwick Road, Watchfield with thousands
of twinkling festive lights.
The
display is attracting crowds of visitors, with donations being
collected for Somerset and Dorset Air Ambulance
The
lights will be on display every night from 5pm-9pm until the New
Year.
A
switch-on ceremony was held last week when many people admired
the lights while enjoying mulled wine, sausage rolls and mince
pies accompanied by festive music.
